Oscar Foam is class 0 fire rated self-adhesive foam strip 25mm x 10mm supplied in 10mtr rolls.

Oscar Seal intumescent mastic provides up to a 4 hour fire barrier combined with the excellent sound damping properties expected from a high performance acoustic mastic.

For fixing directly through plasterboard into timber joists without removing the old ceiling.

• Zinc and Yellow Passivated 5mm x 60mm single thread c/s Posi No 2 screw
• Nickel Plated Brass 10G Cup washer
• BZP M5x20x1.5mm Flat Washer

For fixing directly onto a concrete ceiling.

• EasyDrive 7.5mm x 50mm Concrete Screw
• Pre Drill 6mm x 55mm
• Use TX 30 Drive Bit

For fixing directly on to concrete using the Concrete Hanger Extension. Creates a new isolated ceiling with a larger variable void for insulation and services.

For fixing directly through existing plasterboard into timber joists without removing the old ceiling. Creates a new isolated ceiling with a larger variable void for additional insulation/air gap.

30mm for a nominal 100mm void. Laser cut to size and deburred.
